- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¼ cup Honey mustard
- 1 cup sliced Fresh mushrooms
- 8 strips cooked Bacon
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnishing
Step 1-Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
