  • 10 leaves Mint leaves
  • 500 ml Sparkling water

Step 1-Prepare the Base

  • Add the blue spirulina powder, fresh lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Note: If you prefer a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of honey according to your preference.

Step 2-Strain and Serve

  • Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher.
  • Add the mint leaves and fill the pitcher with sparkling water.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Warning: Always check the freshness of your spirulina, as a sour smell indicates that it is no longer good to consume.

Step 3-Add Ice and Enjoy

  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
