- 1 head Green cabbage chopped
- 500 g Ground beef Halal
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 can 400g Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Step 1 – Prep the Cabbage
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
This is the foundation of your casserole, so make sure those pieces are uniform!
Step 2 – Brown the Beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and onion, cooking until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
