- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 3 cloves minced Garlic
- 2 diced Carrots

- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
Step 1 – Prepare the Ingredients
Chop and dice: Start by finely chopping the onions and mincing the garlic. Dice the carrots evenly to ensure they cook uniformly.
Season the chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper generously on both sides.

Step 2 – Brown the Chicken
