  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 12 Slider buns
  • 12 small pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Mustard

Step 1 – Prepare the Chicken Mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Note: Handling the mixture gently will keep your sliders juicy and tender.

Step 2 – Shape and Cook Sliders

  • Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • Warning: Ensure your chicken sliders reach an internal temperature of 165°F to avoid any foodborne illnesses.

Step 3 – Assemble the Sliders

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  • Place a chicken patty on each bun, followed by a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.

Notes
