Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams Ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1 – Prep The Noodles

  • Following the directions on the package, boil the noodles.
  • Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  • Make sure not to overcook the noodles – al dente is key!

Step 2 – Make The Garlic Sauce

  • Warm up a frying pan with olive oil.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  • Sweeten with sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • A good sauce is the heart of any noodle dish!

Step 3 – Combine And Toss

  • Add the cooked noodles to the sauce.
  • Toss well to ensure each strand is beautifully coated.
  • Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper.
  • Tossing the noodles by hand helps evenly distribute the flavors.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add toasted peanuts.
  • Adjust the level of spiciness by increasing or reducing the crushed red pepper.
