  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Hot sauce adjust based on heat preference
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge the chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip into beaten eggs.

  • Pour the sauce over the fried chicken.
