- 4 rolls - Italian hoagie roll
- 8 slices - Provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb - Cooked ham thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb - Salami thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb - Capicola thinly sliced
- 1 cup - Shredded lettuce
- 2 large - Tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 cup - Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp - Olive oil
- 1 tbsp - Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp - Italian seasoning

Step 1 – Prep the Bread
Cut the Italian hoagie rolls lengthwise.
