Ingredients
  

  • 4 rolls - Italian hoagie roll
  • 8 slices - Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 lb - Cooked ham thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb - Salami thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb - Capicola thinly sliced
  • 1 cup - Shredded lettuce
  • 2 large - Tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup - Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Italian seasoning
  • To taste - Salt
  • To taste - Pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1 – Prep the Bread

  • Cut the Italian hoagie rolls lengthwise.
  • Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  • A generous splash of oil and vinegar adds that authentic zesty flavor!

Step 2 – Layer the Cheeses and Meats

  • Start with a layer of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
