- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium Red onion sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Step 1 – Prepare the Chicken
Prepare your ingredients: Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and seasoning them generously with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
