Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Stirring spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blackberry juice
  • 1/2 cup Apple juice
  • 1 cup Fresh blackberries
  • 1 whole Sliced lime
  • 1 medium Orange quartered
  • 1 cup Soda water
  • For garnish Mint leaves
  • As required Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1-Prep Your Fruits

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  • Slice the lime and quarter the orange.
  • Place the fruits along with the fresh blackberries into your pitcher.
  • Adding fruits at the beginning helps to infuse their flavors deeply into the drink.

Step 2-Combine the Juices

  • Pour the blackberry and apple juices into the pitcher over the fruits.
  • Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  • A gentle stir is sufficient to mix while keeping the fruits intact.

Step 3-Add the Finishing Touches

  • Just before serving, stir in the soda water for that added fizz.
  • Add ice cubes to chill.
  • The soda water should be added last to maintain its effervescence.

Notes

  • If the sangria feels too tart, adjust the sweetness by adding a bit of honey or simple syrup.
  • Always add soda water last to keep the sangria fizzy.
