Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1 – Prep and Marinate

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack over the sheet.
  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper with olive oil in a big bowl.
  • Then add the chicken wings and toss them around to cover them all.
  • Tip: Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or even better, overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor!

Step 2 – Bake

  • Place the wings one on top of the other on the rack.
  • The wings should be baked in a hot oven for 45 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Safety First: Always check that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Step 3 – Serve

  • Wait a few minutes after taking it out of the oven.
  • Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or as is to enjoy the full flavor.
