- 1 kg Ground beef lean
- 2 large Onions finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cans 400g each Red kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans 400g each Crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- To taste Salt
- To taste Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1 – Brown the Beef
Heat your pot over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Cook until browned and no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
