- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt

Step 1-Prepping the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
For at least 30 minutes, submerge them in water to get rid of extra starch.
Dry them thoroughly with a towel.
